We LOVE our teachers and staff at WSE and our new superintendent, Dr. Whitbeck, has declared November 8-12 Teacher Appreciation Week! We have fun ways to celebrate our teachers and staff all week, but WE NEED YOUR HELP!

DONATE TREATS FOR TEACHERS 

We are planning to treat the teachers with various food items throughout the week. Some are store-bought and some are home-made. We are also looking for gift card donations that will be raffled throughout the week.

DONATE YOUR TIME

We would love to show the staff at WSE how much we appreciate them by giving them the gift of time. We are planning to help with morning drop-off (7:30 A.M.- 8:15 A.M.) as well as with recess throughout the week (weather permitting). Recess will be split into one hour shifts and will cover two grade levels.

We have created a schedule for the week, but feel free to celebrate your teacher any way you'd like!

Monday: Any way you SPICE it, our teachers are amazing: Give your teacher a high-five!

Tuesday: This might be A-CORNY, but we love you with all our heart: Show your teacher your "Stallion Heart"

Wednesday: We be-LEAF in our teachers! Wear your teacher's favorite color!

Thursday: Life is GOURD with you as our teacher! Make sure to tell your teacher "thank you" throughout the day!

Friday: Our teachers are wonderFALL and we are grateFALL: Send your teacher an e-gift card, gift card, or an items from their Favorite Things list!
